I am actually using Squarespace 7 but am definitely a "Dummies" reviewer and there is much that applies in this book to Squarespace 7. Kris's clear explanations of how the Web site tools were structured were a huge help to those of us who did not grow up in Webappland. I can use this book to do most of what I (as an officer in charge of a small 501C3 edu branch) need to do on our new Web site and thus minimize the requests of our deputy Web person who is a professional. Since I think that is the goal of Squarespace in general (Web-enablement for the masses) this book support even the later release. Writing style was clear, indexing helpful. Some make believe that the "Dummies" series is insulting - but I'll take approachable writing and clear advice over any need to pretend to be an expert in everything!

Helped me make my fabulous site. I used this in conjunction with the help on Squarespace, reading the book first to get the overview and step by step process, then the online help to refine my site. A great way to use the book! HIghly recommended.

The Squarespace site offers a number of tutorial pieces, including videos in many cases. This book does not provide any improvement over the on site aids. What I was hoping for was some hands on tutorials that show step by step how to develop a site. If you're looking for a summary in one place of Squarespace type aids this book provides it. If you want or need well thought out help in using the site, this book does not provide it, at least in my opinion.

This was somewhat helpful, but not enough to get a Squarespace blog going without asking for more help. And, to say, I am computer literate, use computers at work, and use both PC and Mac platforms.

Obsolete! Useless for navigating the current version of Squarespace circa 2017. I wish I did not waste money on this outdated book.

Not very helpful.

This book was not helpful. I can learn as much or more from the Square Space help and tech support.

Better than expected.

This is a fundamentally compassionate book. It is compassionate towards the small meat producers who are squeezed by modern economies of scale, and compassionate towards the titans of industry that created these economies.Leonard gets out of the way of the story he is trying to tell. He manages to square the paradox of conveying admiration for the ambition and accomplishments of pioneers like Don Tyson while also seeing the fruits of those achievements clearly: hollowed-out towns across rural America, and meat this is made efficiently, but ruthlessly.Leonard dissects the distinct histories of the poultry, pork, and beef industries with precision and care. He is never preachy; where he indicts standard industry practices, he does so on the basis of meticulously gathered evidence. But he knows how not to get bogged down--the details he presents are always telling ones.He writes with the intimate ease of an expert about both regulatory maneuvering in Washington, DC and farmers and ranchers in Arkansas and Iowa.If you want to understand how America works today, read this book.If you want to know how that boneless, skinless chicken breast in the supermarket was created from a chicken, how it became poultry, read this book.It is a serious book, but also a quick read that captures you with the fluidity of its prose.HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The Meat Racket is an honest and thoughtful account of the current state of meat production in our country. As a Midwestern, middle class wife and mother of a meat-eating family of five, I appreciated the window into a world that would not have been seen without this in-depth examination.Christopher Leonard spent a decade exploring every aspect of the modern meat production process. A fascinating view into the world of Tyson and the other major meat producers is provided through Mr. Leonard’s patience to obtain a complete story from Tyson's beginning to present. He manages to secure a meeting with Don Tyson and develops relationships with influential Tyson executives who elaborate on their experiences and roles in bolstering the company to incomparable growth. And perhaps the most significant interviews are those with the actual farmers, telling the stories of lives that are mortgaged upon a deep trust of hard work, the American dream…and the meat companies. What surfaces from the extensive research is a winner-take-all story about how meat production in the United States shifted into the hands of a few vertically integrated companies. Through this centralized control and the filtration of profits to the top, Tyson & its few allies have become an unstoppable force, even against a determined President Obama and U.S. Department of Agriculture. In Chapter 12, ‘Street Fight (2010 – 2011),’ the meat industry’s power to influence, prevent, and shape laws is illuminated. As I reader, I was left wondering ‘how much power is too much?’Whereas many books regarding the meat industry focus on the realities of the animal experience, The Meat Racket concentrates on the human experience. It evaluates the benefits and costs of the current system and leaves the reader fully informed. Mr. Leonard does not have an idealistic tone in his writing. There seems to be an understanding that average consumers cannot avoid these companies. Although I know products from these companies will remain in my family’s diet, I value the knowledge this book has provided.Perhaps industrialization cannot be stopped, but at least there are journalists with the courage and determination to uncover and tell the stories, providing the public with the opportunity to be informed.I highly recommend this book.

A compelling book and a terrifying one. And a must read for anyone who's worried about what they're eating. And anyone who's ever wondered how come chicken and eggs are so cheap nowadays at the supermarket. Back in 16th century France, King Henry IV when he acceded the throne found a country devastated by war and launched what was probably History's first campaign to fight poverty and stimulate economic growth. He famously used the slogan "a chicken in every Sunday pot" - meaning that a chicken, then a luxury, should be the one meal of choice for every French family at least once a week. Now, four centuries later, we have chicken every day, we have eggs galore every morning. But what kind of chicken is it, what kind of meat? The author does a superb investigative job to answer that question, talking to everyone at Tyson Foods (one of the biggest corporation controling the meat market, from egg to frozen food) and digging into its history. All that makes for a captivating account. What contract farming means for the farmers working for Tyson Foods is revealed in all its hair-raising details.A pity the book doesn't go as far as I would have liked - but I shouldn't complain, after all, as its title implies, it stops at "the meat racket". Still, I would have liked to see more about what it means for consumers, I am especially worried about all the chemicals and genetic manipulations that go into modern meat production and what they do to us humans - could the current ghastly wave of obesity that has overwhelmed America and is now reaching Europe be ascribed to them? I fear so but of course I don't have the proof and this is not a book that will throw light on that aspect.Nevertheless, as far as it goes, this is an excellent book and it should be read. Your next fried egg will never look the same to you again! And maybe one of these days, in a follow-up book, Christopher Leonard will apply his remarkable investigative talents to uncover what modern agriculture does to human health. I am looking forward to it. Meanwhile, read this book, highly recommended.

I am a poultry farmer and I appreciate Mr. Leonard's shedding light on the way the industry operates. In the last seven years I have seen expenses increase with no increase in the amount I am paid per pound of chicken and in fact have seen my income fall due to production cuts, yet I have seen the large poultry companies report record profits.

To much about DJI cams

Great book, very informative

Very informative!

One of the characteristics of technology is that with the passage of time, both the technology and the techniques for using it develop. This book might have been more useful just two years ago, but it is now less so.After an introductory chapter, there is an explanation of how drones work; a description of the kinds of cameras that can be used for drones, including specific brands; pre-takeoff advice (including regulations and laws); flight instruction; how to prepare to take the shot; instruction on filming and still photography; descriptions of environments like rural and mountains; a look at editing; and a glimpse into the future. The problem is that none of this is in any level of detail.A good example is the subject of exposure. Because a drone can be facing in many directions, light can vary significantly, effecting exposure settings. In addition, the sky, which is significantly brighter than the ground, often makes up a significant portion of drone images. On an integrated camera, like that on a DJI Phantom (with which I am most experienced), exposure can be controlled remotely. As far as I know, add-on cameras require making an exposure determination before taking off, or setting the camera to program mode. Yet the only discussion of exposure is a brief mention of the DJI software histogram (which the author says enables contrast control; experienced photographers will know that the histogram measures tonality, which may then be controlled by regulating exposure.) and the over-exposure warning, which Marloh curiously recommends turning off. When it comes to adjusting the camera, the photographer will have to learn the fundamentals elsewhere. With regard to the law and regulations applicable to drones, I recommend that photographers in places other than England just ignore Marloh' s advice and learn what laws apply in their jurisdictions since I found his advice about the U.S.A to be in error.Sometimes the author gives contradictory advice. He first suggests using the follow feature, which many drones have, to record skiers. Then in another chapter he advises not going near ski slopes. It might be possible to clarify this apparent inconsistency but the author doesn't do so.The layout of the book made it hard to read. Photo captions and sidebars are printed in tiny type. Black type placed on a navy blue image is impossible to read. Screen shots of software are minutely small.Occasionally there was a good idea I had not encountered. For example, the author noted that recording sound with a drone was not possible. Therefore, when capturing wildlife, one should return the next day and set up a remote recording device to add to a video. While I never gotten close enough to wildlife with a drone to make the addition of such sound to a video seem realistic, I could see the possibility at some time in the future. (On the other hand, I did resent Marloh's suggestion that adding music to a wildlife video was a "cheap trick".If you are interested only in a broad overview of aerial photography and filmmaking from a drone, this book may be of interest. However, before you buy a drone, or fly a drone, or photograph or film from a drone, do more research.Note: The publisher provided me with a review copy of this book at no charge.

The Mighty Asparagus (New York Times Best Illustrated Children's Books (Awards)), by Vladimir Radunsky

From School Library Journal

Grade 1-6–For those who love Radunsky's flamboyantly ribald sense of humor, are comfortable with chaos, and accepting of Italian Renaissance art delivered out of context and edited mischievously, this variant of the classic tale "The Turnip" is great fun. It is set in Italy in 1602, the year an enormous stalk of asparagus grew in the king's yard. A combined effort by the monarch, the queen, a rhinoceros, the bravest knight, the princess, and Tiny Little Bird succeeds in dislodging it. "And the humongous, stupendous, splendid, catastrophic vegetable collapsed!" Not much in the text or illustrations makes sense but both scream for attention. The old masters might not be pleased with Radunsky's schoolboy tendency to exaggerate their subjects' noses or white out their eye sockets to fill them in with slightly crossed bug eyes. Part of the book's mischief involves a seemingly mindless inclusion of phallic images. Adolescent? Oh yeah. And no wonder, considering that the artist says he was 13 years old in 1602 according to the book-jacket notes. It's all very amusing, but will children get it? Yes! The lowbrow humor, the blind silliness, and the quirky exaggerations are childishness itself. For older children there is the appeal of random sarcasm and funky, distorted illustrations.–Liza Graybill, Worcester Public Library, MA Copyright © Reed Business Information, a division of Reed Elsevier Inc. From Booklist

Gr. 4-7. Interpretations of the Russian folktale "The Enormous Turnip" (see Tatiana Zunshine's book, p.1622), are legion, but Radunsky's may elicit some furrowed brows. A giant asparagus appears in the courtyard of a king, who despises it; eventually, a small bird succeeds in toppling it after all others fail. The book concludes with a foldout revealing the veggie behemoth surrounded by characters and their elegiac musings ("Such a huge asparagus it was, and now it's fallen and beaten down"). Readers older than the story's usual picture-book-age audience will probably most appreciate Radunsky's gonzo storytelling style, but the text is really just a vehicle for eye-popping visuals, a pastiche of Italian Renaissance people and other elements nicked from actual paintings. An author's note acknowledges artists such as Lorenzetti, Piero della Francesca, and Mantegna, but, unfortunately, no master list is given for the numerous individual paintings that are referenced. Creative educators might make this flaw into a virtue, though, by encouraging students to use library resources to trace Radunsky's inspirations. Younger groups studying folktales should stick with retellings like Jan Peck's The Giant Carrot (1998); pull this out for sophisticated older kids (and college-age art students), who will get the most out of the armchair museum tour. Radunsky tops himself here with illustrations featuring Italian renaissance art, total whimsy and a classic good 'ole Turnip story turned Asparagus (how very Italian, I guess). Your kid and you will both enjoy this artful book.

Brilliant artwork and story line, written as an off shoot of the well-known turnip tale. Radunsky has written and illustrated dozens of books, but this is the most complex and brings us into the world of Italian art of pre-Renaissance and Renaissance times. Adults will chuckle at the side comments he makes, as he delivers the story line. A must-have for any educator or family who loves and collects picture books.

DUMB BOOK! Pointless and not redeeming at all. 2004 NYTIMES standards must have been very low that year!

Prior to this book, Radunsky was probably best known for his illustrated children's books (picture and otherwise) and his insipid, "What Does Peace Feel Like?" of 2003. Nothing, in short, that set him apart from the pack of children's illustrators everywhere. Then he got an idea. He decided to create a picture book much in the style of such ribald and witty artists as Jon Scieszka and former partner Chris Raschka. A picture book that strains at the edges of convention. In short, a crazy amalgamation of classic Italian portraiture, the old Giant Turnip turned asparagus tale, and some mixed media for spice. The result is a book that may not always work in the ways Radunsky may have wanted it to, but at least it takes a gamble on being a little different. Other picture books should be so brave. If you know the story of the giant turnip, then this tale will come to you as little surprise. One day the king is walking around his backyard when he spies a gigantic asparagus, fully grown, standing in the middle of things. Everyone admits that it is amazing, but the king is determined to remove it forthwith. Says he, "It sticks out like a sore thumb". No amount of pulling or tugging so much as budges the vegetable, however. His wife, the queen, finds the asparagus to be a beautiful sight. Her wish is to place it in the center of the palace but both she and the king are unable to move it. Add on the princess, the bravest the knight in the kingdom, and a mighty rhinoceros, but for all these the asparagus remains. Finally the king consults his mother and she sends a single tiny bird, who brings the tasty green tall thing crashing down. The moral, hidden amongst a lot of jabbering by the king's subjects, boils down to, "Even the smallest effort counts". End of tale.It doesn't sound that weird, does it? Sounds pretty darn typical. Then you get a gander at the illustrations. Radunsky usually goes in for crazy original drawings. Here however he seems to have taken a page from Terry Gilliam's book. Characters, places, and things are all culled from classic Renaissance paintings, then given extra eyes, crazy noses, and sometimes entirely original faces. This haphazard conglomeration combines to produce a mighty weird tale. Then there are Radunsky's words in and of themselves. A fan of writing in script and saying things like the fact that he himself was born in 1589 and "became a participant in, the heroice battle of the Mighty Asparagus (March 1, 1602)". It's possibly the first picture I've ever seen made specifically for children that had honest-to-goodness footnotes in it. There are also a lot of fun throwaway lines here mixed within the story.Honestly, I haven't a clue if kids will like this story. Adults certainly will, though the sheer scale of silliness will keep if from being universally beloved. For originality, however, it's hard to beat. A fun if somewhat haphazard tale.

Fabulous book! An original spin on the the Turnip Tale with gorgeous illustrations and humor woven throughout. A fantastic "read-aloud" for those who like to share stories with children, this book is one to be enjoyed by little ones and adults alike!

I have loved reading this old and complicated book that digs into our relationship with God. It is not light reading. Came highly recommended& is so worth the commitment it requires to get through it.

It's a classic in spiritual literature. Mega wisdom. the kind that the world is longing for

Difficult read. Will need to get another version.

Great book for meditation

the writer has a great sense of humor imparting food for thought.

Good but hard to read. I think it must be spiritually discerned rather than lay man trying to farhom.

Language is hard to follow, but I got through it!

Background information is most helpful because of the difference in language use and thought, generally. That being said, I found the book insightful for a perspective on Spiritual Formation

I have set myself the goal of reading Mary Stewart's Arthurian Saga series this summer. This is the second book in that series.Once again we see events through the eyes of Merlin the Enchanter, as he narrates the story for us. We begin with Merlin traveling through the Mediterranean area after having safely delivered the baby Arthur into the keeping of those who will protect and raise him over the next several years. When Arthur is six years old, Merlin feels the call to return to England and to take up his own task of teaching and protecting the child. He finds Arthur strong and healthy and growing into the kind of human being that he had hoped to see; the kind of man who can be a brave, just, and benevolent king. The story of Arthur is so well-known, so ingrained in our cultural consciousness, that it seems pointless to spend space here on exposition. Stewart has taken those well-known facts, both historical and legendary, and has woven them into a tale of prophecy, magic, and valor. It's also a tale of jealousy, spite, hatred, and death. These latter characteristics are often traceable to the female characters in the story, who seldom come off as having a positive impact on events. Indeed, even the mention of one of the female characters often seems to portend shadows and disaster in the visions that Merlin has of the future. In relating the saga of Arthur and Merlin, Stewart does manage to reveal to us the diversity of people who made up the population of Britain in the days of - what was it? - the fifth century C.E.? If Arthur ever existed, and Stewart argues that there must at least have been a prototype, then that is probably the time period in which he lived.Of course, Arthur and his story have strong Welsh roots, but there were many other cultures that contributed to the lore. From the "Old Ones," the people of the forest, to the Picts, the Saxons, the descendants of Roman soldiers, and others, this was a very diverse group of people. Moreover, they worshiped many different gods and Merlin pays proper homage to them all. It was particularly interesting to me to see the way that the author integrated all of them into the story.Stewart tells the story in a relatively straightforward way, without trying to manufacture suspense. After all, we know what's going to happen before it happens, so why should she bother to try to fool us?Throughout the body of the work, the author gives ample foreshadowings of the conflicts and betrayals that are to come. Although Merlin is able to see into the future, there are things which he simply cannot change.Stewart was a very good writer and her creation of the settings of the story and the atmosphere were particular strong points both in The Hollow Hills and, previously, in The Crystal Cave. I would expect that to continue throughout the series.Near the end of The Hollow Hills comes the death of Uther Pendragon and the anointing of Arthur as the High King. Now, on to the glory days of the establishment of Camelot and to everything that came after.

This is the ULTIMATE Merlin/King Aurthur series.I have TRIED to read other Merlin/King Aurthur books/series and they just were lame and went over what every person (even those, which I am one of, not into the genre) is familiar with the legends.Mary Stewart took the original writings and legends and placed them into history seamlessly! She made them REAL historical figures. People who DID live. The writing is impeccable. The stories flow and you can't wait to read the next one! You are emersed into that historical world. It is vivid, alive, and swirling around you.Mary Stewart is one of the five greatest story tellers of the 20th century. She enthralls you, carries you breathlessly into her world and then slips you back into reality longing to go back again and again.I have read this series at least three times and I LOVE it more and more each time. This is a story/series you can read to/with your children. One to pass down as a family favorite!I can't wait until the urge to return to Mary Stewart's world filled with Merlin, King Aurthur, and the rest of the those that populate the legends hits me and I can once again be surrounded by them!

I think of the four principle books of this series The Hollow Hills is probably my favorite or at least tied with the Crystal Cave. Her ability to paint a picture of people and places that are no more and make them all seem like somewhere I've been and someone I might have known is legendary and she's at her best with these books. I have read and re-read all of these a number of times and I always find something I don't remember which paints a more complete understanding of the legend as she's painting it. IF you love the Arthurian legend; give these a try, I don't think you will be disappointed!

If this second book in Mary Stewart's Merlin trilogy isn't a page-turner, I don't know what is. I mean this in a very good sense. Yes, the suspense is an important factor, but it is the, well, ensorcelling, character of Merlin that keeps the reader glued to the pages. Even when the world's eyes are on the young King Arthur towards the end, the reader's mind and heart are still with this version of Merlin that Stewart has conjured up - so to speak; For she has imbued this Merlin with an inner life as well as her own poetic sensibilities.Readers of medieval romances will be attracted to the work, of course, but so will lovers of the poetic and those concerned with the inner life. I shall let Merlin's spell fall on the reader here in his own words:"It is one thing to have the gift of seeing the spirits and hearing the gods move about us as we come and go; but it is a gift of darkness as well as light....One cannot be visited by the future without being haunted by the past; one cannot taste comfort and glory without the bitter sting and fury of one's past deeds."Further,"To remember love after long sleep; to turn again to poetry after a year in the market place, or to youth after drowsy and stiffening age; to remember what once you thought life could hold, after telling over with and calculating fingers what it has offered; this is music, made after long silence."I'm too spellbound myself to give this book less than five swirling stars.

As the second book in the Arthurian saga, it is right on par with the first book, which has been my favorite book since I was about 17 (40 years ago). I just love this simplistic telling of the Arthurian legend. It feels more "real," since it unfolds as an autobiography, since it is narrated by Merlin. This book covers the birth through early life of Arthur, up to his taking the sword from the stone. It's the perfect continuation of the Crystal Cave.

If you find the history of World War II fascinating, you’re likely to feel that Rogue Heroes is endlessly so. In this eminently readable book, British historian Ben MacIntyre relates the story of the Special Air Service, the unit that set the pattern for special forces around the world. From its beginnings in 1941 in the fevered imagination of a rebellious junior officer in the British Army, the SAS has taken on a larger-than-life role in the story of World War II. MacIntyre makes the most of the romance of the tale, but there’s no whitewash here; the violence, the raging fury, the madness, and the evil brought out by the war figure just as prominently in the tale. But Rogue Heroes is not just gripping, it’s also frequently very, very funny. The Special Air Service was born in the North African desert, where an insubordinate lieutenant named David Stirling managed to charm his way into British HQ in Cairo and talk a general into accepting a plan that everyone else on the staff thought utterly mad. Stirling’s notion was that a small unit of unusually brave and enterprising men could parachute behind enemy lines and do great damage to the German armed forces. He set out to make Erwin Rommel‘s life miserable, and he nearly succeeded.A Scottish aristocrat who had failed at everything in civilian life, Stirling had his way at least in part because the commanding general knew his family and had actually visited the ancestral Stirling home. Thus he was authorized to give his idea a try. He began with a handful of men under the arbitrary name L Detachment of the Special Air Service. By the end of the war less than four years later, the SAS had grown into a brigade of 2,500 men consisting of five regiments. Two were British, two French, and one Belgian, but all were under British command. Operating in secrecy during most of the war, the SAS was one of the Allies’ most celebrated fighting units by the time the war ended.Together, the several thousand men who served in the SAS destroyed huge numbers of German and Italian airplanes, trains, ammunition and fuel depots, and trucks, killed hundreds of enemy soldiers, and took hundreds of prisoners. One SAS unit also opened the eyes of the world to the unspeakable horrors of the now notorious Bergen-Belsen concentration camp. In the course of these incomparably eventful four years, a great many men of the SAS died, were wounded, or captured. But the pattern was set. One after another, many of the world’s nations copied the SAS model. In the United States, the first was Delta Force, formed in 1977. Special forces are now an indispensable element of virtually every one of today’s armies.MacIntyre brings the SAS story vividly to life with special attention to Stirling and a handful of other leaders, not all of them commissioned officers.About the authorThe spies and unconventional warriors of the Second World War star in four out of Ben MacIntyre’s eleven books, all nonfiction. (The others are Agent Zigzag, Operation Mincemeat, Double Cross, and Rogue Heroes. I’ve reviewed all but the first of these.) MacIntyre is an historian and a columnist for The Times of London.

Amazing stories about this group of fearless men as part of the SAS. Very graphic when it came to killing and being killed. I never knew this story, or the group before, but they certainly deserved higher recognition than they got. I'm sure their efforts shortened the war to some extent, in defeat of the Nazi's and Mussolini's troops. You had to be a special breed to fight with these guys. Your average soldier would not have held his own. Some amazing innovations these guys came up with to destroy vehicles, airplanes and property. Their leaders were all blood and guts. Interesting also was Hitler's order to catch these guys and kill them outright. Showed you how effective they were in setting things back for the Nazi's.

Commandos, spies, statesmen, and traitors pack this historical account of British Special Forces in WW2 North Africa. The narrative reads like a Ken Follet-thriller and races from commando-operation to audacious acts of personal bravery. Extensively researched using squadron reports, personal letters and diary accounts, Rogue Heroes details the birth and development of special forces warfare through the stories of the soldiers who organized and improvised desert raids on Axis bases. Meet this band of rebel-brothers who sacrificed much and risked certain death if captured and the warfare legacies they bequeathed their nation.

This is an exciting, albeit brutal, history of Britain's first special operations unit. And as exciting as this book is, it is one that is likely only to be enjoyed by fans of military history. The book describes the wartime battle exploits of Britain's Special Air Service. The book begins with the formation of the SAS in North Africa in 1941 and ends in post-war Germany. Don't expect much in the way of political analysis or history unrelated to WW2 battles. Though bloody and brutal, the history of the SAS truly is incredible as they fought behind enemy lines for 4 years. Highly recommended for fans of military history. Recommended with reservations (for bloody warfighting throughout) for everyone else.

Al heroes have feet of clay!! We concentrate on the heroics and forget the rest and are mildly surprised when the demons and skeletons emerge. this book does just that in a very matter of fact way. It goes into much detail on both heroics and failures of our esteemed SAS. Stirling's creation and his fixation in beating Paddy Mayne got him caught. Mayne and many had such inner demons form wherever that they channeled it into the violence of war! Were they suicidal or just in a berserker mode of combat? The SAS had to be created for them or they would have been in the glass house!! All special forces seen to attract those with special skills who don't like bashing about the square and all the minutia and rules of the regular army. The distain by proper officers for them is historic! They claim not to like losing their best but the dump the trouble makers into SF units to clean house! I love the chapter on what happened after wards. they did forget to include Mad Mike Calvert's dismissal from the army for homosexual activity. Elite units produce an aura that wild thinkers and doers gravitate to. Some with success and others with ignominy. I do love the detail on the missions and the men. I do have the entire collection of Alan Calliou's "Private Army of Col. Tobin" series. He is mentioned on his flyleaf bio of being a spy during WW2. This book confirms it! And it is a great read, another tome to include on your SAS history shelf!!

Amazing true story of the beginning of the Special Forces during WW2. This group did so much for the Allies and damage to the Axis. I'm glad that someone put it into print for all of us to appreciate. Ben Macintyre did a superb job of telling this story. It's the third one his books now on my book shelf. One of my favorite authors.
