I have recently attended a distressed real estate note conference in New Jersey. It was truly an eye opening experience! The book is laid out in a methodical manner explaining the various scenarios a note buyer should consider. The key to the business is creating win-win situations at the same time you protect your investors in case something unexpected occurs.Overall the book was a well written fast read that I learned quite a bit from.
Having lived though and worked with Bill through the whole process of the secondary mortgage market the last 8 years and , this sure was a fun and enjoyable book. It really does lay out the extraordinary times we went though and knowledge that was gained the hard way.
